The cost is based on the value of your house (or if you live in the country, your house and 1 acre). Based on a $200,000 house, the cost per month would increase $21 per month if the referendum passes.

This cost would generate $1.67 million for the district. The district puts that money directly back into the community in payroll and spending to local vendors within Jackson and Lakefield. Ultimately our students and our community both benefit.
