Minimum Requirements
1) Would be the official JCC team photographer.
a. Exclusive provider for all team and individual photos.
b. Applies to JCC Middle School and High School sponsored teams.
2) Team and individual sports pictures.
a. Provide pricing structure and available packages.
b. Picture dates and times are set up by individual team coaches.
c. Provide the school team digital photos for Conference, Section, and State tournament programs free of charge.
3) Yearbook
a. Provide free of charge:
i. Team photos
ii. Seniors individual sports photos
iii. Senior group photo
iv. Homecoming and Winterfest royalty photos
v. Prom photos of each couple
vi. Team posters, provide the poster photo
4) Other
a. Provide price structure for individual teams that may request a banner to hang in the gym.
All proposals must be returned to the JCC High School office by July 20, 2026.
